Things almost took a bad left turn when my lower right shoulder blade popped and it did NOT feel good. Still managed to get a full workout in today and hope to god I'll be ok tomorrow.

This game oddly stuck with me. There's something about the atmosphere in it that felt oddly memorable. These oddly empty and yet still "lived in" skewmorphic areas, as David Wise plays musical ASMR for you and Snake CBT Gameplay unfolds into your carpal tunnel.

With SoR2 I'd 100% recommend Max, as his Offensive Sueprjoy can melt boss HP if they block, causing a multiplier on the multi-hit properties.

SoR2 is an odd beast, because it completely lacks the auto-combo throw from Final Fight and other BmUps, which makes it feel much harder than it actually is.

I think getting that Hard 1CC with Ricardo will be a good stepping stone. You coudl always move on to Punisher, which is overall considered one of the less nasty Capcom 1cc's. Some really fun mechanics in that game.

Also Cadillacs & Dinosaurs lets you auto-combo throw forward like FnR.

It's imo required playing if you have any interest in Final Fight and Godhand, as I think both FF's and Violent Storm's DNA can be found in Godhand.

October 24th

Game introduced an overhead lunge today that makes you twist your upper body 4-5 times before switch direction.

An example of how important it is to go the extra mile with checking your form, as the game can only help so much. I might feel pain under my left shoulder blade tomorrow.

Forgot to post this yesterday. It was kinda rough.
NGL yesterday was the first day where my depression took over and I didn't wanna do it.

Didn't help that yet another day of 90 squats made me feel genuinely ill (threw up in my mouth a little...)

Thinking about taking the day off.

I tend to mix it with kewpie mayo before I add the carbonara powder and then eat it with a fried egg.

Sometimes when I'm feeling particularly white, I poach the egg on the same water that the noodles cook on, which somehow makes it less spicy.
