Started replaying the recentish TMNT beat 'em up as a side game. Stared a new game on hard. Maybe mistake, as I remember struggling on my first go around, and I'm bad at beat 'em ups overall. Three levels in and this has already been painful.

I know lots of technical aspects of digital art (and some traditional) is personal preference. But I've struggled to figure out what to do with tablets pressure sensitivity. I wonder if it's better to stick to something and get used to it, or fiddle with options until finding something perfect.

I thought that Sakura Wars' timed dialogue choices were bad. But Sakura Wars 2 doubles down and has created true anxiety machines with sections of conversations with multiple choice points, under one timer.

Finished FF7 Rebirth. At times exhausting, but ultimately good game. I do feel they could tighten things up for the sequel. Instead of more open world, maybe they could deliver parts of the story in sound novel format.

Last I checked, PS Vita emulation was pretty wonky, often having problem with basic rendering. Seems that in the year or two since I last checked, it has Gotten Good. The vast majority of games are listed as fully playable start to finish with Vita3K.

There were a lot of rad games on that handheld!
