I'm proud to announce Reality Drift, a roguelike racing game where your choices matter. Race through a series of strange worlds, choose upgrades for your car and decide which track will be next - your decisions are just as important as how you drive!

I’m currently at a pop culture convention with 120k+ attendees where there’s Game of Thrones stuff literally everywhere, and the Marvel TV panel was so overpacked they had to shut down the floor. But I will agree people do not talk about Succession quite as often as when it was airing every week.
Nobody really talks about Succession anymore. Or Game of Thrones. Sort of confirms my thesis that, with rare exceptions, television does not really matter.

Note, the trailer is very out of date, the game has deckbuilding now! Still working on the card UI and art

17 years ago, I had to quit PW3 due to the same health condition that ended my career in the mainstream games industry, which was brought on by working there.

All I remembered from the final case I never finished was meeting Edgeworth in a spooky house.

A scene that I now know isn't in the game.

ME/CFS is a devastating condition that has long been denied, dismissed, psychologised and underdiagnosed. Research is at last starting to catch up with it, with glimmers of hope for those who have been left untreated for so long.
There's a huge BUT coming ...🧵

An em-dash isn't a guarantee that text was written with ChatGPT. I worked on some books in recent years and there are a lot of em-dashes in them, because Word converts hyphens into them if there's a space either side of the hyphen.

Saw what appeared to be a painting of a magpie on the ground, but on closer inspection it might just be some random dirt. Its eye is a ladybird that decided to sit there.

Perhaps the title of the new video is more compelling, in the sense that it suggests there was an issue with the original version of the game (which it seems there was), and something being an issue is like a mild version of being controversial, and being controversial is good for clicks?

The elimination of USAID is a moral atrocity and all involved made a choice to enable, and then lie about, ending the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
MAE SOT, Thailand (AP) - Mohammed Taher clutched the lifeless body of his 2-year-old son and wept. Ever since his family's food rations stopped arriving at their internment camp in Myanmar in April, the father had watched helplessly as his once-vibrant baby boy weakened, suffering from diarrhea and begging for food.
On May 21, exactly two weeks after Taher's little boy died, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio sat before Congress and declared: "No one has died" because of his government's decision to gut its foreign aid program. Rubio also insisted: "No children are dying on my watch."
That, Taher says, "is a lie."

And I just want to reiterate this ( from a thread deep in replies). I started doing this work before any of these tools existed. The number of my contemporaries in the field who have died by suicide is NOT A SMALL NUMBER. The work is incredibly traumatizing.

As someone who was doing that human review of images before even PhotoDNA existed, I can testify that the amount of human suffering automated image classification prevents is MASSIVE. Like, I am the best case scenario of the human cost of that work and I still have lifelong consequences from it.
