Sektori (week 211): Got the release date out! Didn't have much initial impact, but maybe it got three new eyeballs googling at it! Yay! Still just one tiny thing to do next week regarding a console, but almost there. Otherwise, I guess it's just trying to figure out how to spam about my game more!

Sorry, that's not happening on launch at least. It does work well on Steam Deck, so if you find a way to bring Steam games on there it might work, but can't guarantee anything unfortunately.

It's pretty easy to try though, so why not just load and see and revert if fixes are too time consuming? My 2022 -> 6 went ok, but had to rework my URP render features, fix some text issues and other tiny graphical glitches. I guess depends on how deep you are in the engine stuff?

Art drawn by people who very rarely make art and think they are “bad at art” is 1000x cooler than AI art. It’s life-affirming. It’s often unexpected. I cannot overemphasize how much I love when people just go for it. You do not need the machine for this human endeavor.

There is a future where you don't post things online and when you do perform/exhibit it's stricly enforced that there's no electronics in the audience because AI will steal it in a nanosecond and make it its own.

Sektori (week 209): Console B hit a (non-tech) snag, let's see what happens. I wish could be more open, but NDA. Console A is 100% ready to go. Steam needs achievements and it's done. I've never been anywhere near this stressed about a game release and I've been making games for quite a while.
