Left foot forward, weight on the right foot, back upright, bend at the knees and tuck your chin, pinch and slightly lift your skirt from the sides. If your skirts are shorter than your knees, then a pinch of the fabric is acceptable, and if you're wearing trousers then bow appropriately.

Medieval stasis in a fantasy work only makes sense if you're so incompetent that you think medieval history had no social or technological changes because those weren't listed in the chronology of kings and wars you learned from a factually uninformative curriculum.

"Is greyhawk the perfect default D&D setting?" Well, AD&D was kind of built around describing the setting assumptions of Greyhawk, so yeah, yeah it kind of is. Asking that question is like asking if Oblivion is better at being an Elder Scrolls game and your comparison is Elden Ring or whatever.
