As a disabled person, I know how utterly privileged I am to have access to medical care and a safe home.

I cannot imagine being so ill, living in a tent, and having no access to life-saving care.

I am very worried about Basma. Malak also deserves to complete her medical training!

Oh, it's total sabotage. Because far too many of them (politicians) have links to private medical companies.

NHS staff are amazing. They keep the service going despite so many obstacles.

The NHS is amazing, isn't it?

I have spent so much of my life within the system. And Thea used to work within it. No, it isn't perfect. We know that more than most.

But, I will always fight with everything I have to protect the NHS! We are so lucky to have it.

The team here at Royal Cornwall Hospital have been fucking brilliant. Every one of them. Overworked and understaffed, they still do it with a smile, a kind word, a joke, and professionalism.

I'm begging every Brit (and anyone else living in a country with a similar system) to vote to protect it

Other half had a major op earlier this year and now I'm in hospital for an investigation.

Regardless of what's wrong, I need rest, but I've had little work this year.
