If you think that solving math problems at school was a waste of time and not useful in real life, yesterday husband and I spent 10 minutes at the store, calculating how many 20ft. PVC pipes we need to buy to get 12 x 80" and 12 x 48" pipes for a project.

You can buy a one time license for MS Office, but it's equal to roughly 3 years of subscription. But StackSocial has a one-time license for much lower, and if you pick MS Office 2019 instead of MS 2021, not only you get it cheaper, but also without all the invasive AI stuff.
