Johnson does 'evil' efficiently. Johnson is a lesser demon because he seems to get fleeting moments of 'awareness' that he is doing 'evil', but quickly moves back into a 'deluded self'.

Federal Judge Jeffrey Cummings has found that ICE agents violated the terms of a consent decree by detaining people without proper warrants. He ruled that as of this week ICE must wear body cams at all times and can face arrest and contempt proceedings if they conduct unlawful, warrantless arrests.

A proper government design makes it difficult for people like Johnson, who is 'unaware', to reach a postion of power or influence.

I’m shocked the guy who hired undocumented immigrants (Polish laborers) w/no safety equipment and paid them $4 an hour in 1980 (then stiffed them) to tear down Bonwit Teller (including art deco friezes promised to the MET) is demolishing the East Wing of White House w/bad intent.
