I wonder why those 9 million Brits are inactive. No one in Government seems to take a good look at that or at least come clean that in the vast majority of cases those people cannot work either through illness (chronic or unmanaged), disability or caring responsibilities.

My sister had the same problem once and (I kid you not!) she called reception to report the issue and they actually came to trap the bug. She has a number of phobias and they were incredibly sweet about it.
