It's that time of the day when my thoughts turn to the theme tune to "Charles Endell Esq". An artistic achievement that even Edmund Hillary would have trouble scaling. The only theme tune in the world to sound sprained, if not actively pissed. A Titty-Bum-Bum, A Titty-Bum-Bum.
