There's a decent chance that the Supremes will strike down Trump’s extra special brand new 100% China tariff, as unconstitutional. And so it's doubly notable how much markets panicked, given the (roughly) 50% chance it won’t happen. The market drop understates the damage Trump's trying to inflict.

These are agents who were sent AFTER the violent insurrection was well underway. Kash Patel issued a statement that said that after a fringe right wing outlet reported it falsely. But Trump chooses to run with the lie from them rather than the statement from his FBI Director.

‘Trump spoke and behold! … there is funding!’ without any mention of exactly how this can be done legitimately or legally.

And they certainly don’t explain that Dems put up a bill to pay troops that the GOP blocked.

Jorge Ruiz’s blood alcohol level was far below the legal threshold for intoxication.

When his lawyers looked at similar car crash cases, they found that although Ruiz had the lowest amount of alcohol in his system, his sentence was by far the longest.
