#31DaysOfGraves Day 12 Notable Woman: Legend has it that this mound in Meigle Churchyard, Perthshire is the burial place of Vanora, aka Guinevere, the wife of King Arthur. According to the legend she was gruesomely executed for her treachery and infidelity.
A small grassy hill topped by a substantial tree and surrounded by shrubbery. The grass has patchy, yellow discolouration.

#31DaysOfGraves Day 10 Urn:
At Old Kilpatrick Churchyard - one Urn that has fallen from its pedestal and one that is still aloft.

That is very possible. I had not seen that emblem before but I was intrigued by the wheat sheaf on the gravestone so your idea makes perfect sense. Well spotted.

#31DaysOfGraves Day 9 Hand:
A correction to my earlier post. Location got muddled and this is not Lempitlaw but Greyfriars in Perth. Oops.

#31DaysOfGraves Day 9 Hand: At Lempitlaw in the Scottish Borders a hand holds a set of scales presumably for the weighing of souls on the day of judgment.

Yes, and it has been restored thanks to the efforts of Ancrum Heritage and the local community. There is also at least one at Lempitlaw, also in the Borders.

#31DaysOfGraves Day 8 Glass:
Bit of a cheat because it's not quite glass. The newly restored Ancrum hogback with its protective cover. Ancrum, The Scottish Borders.
An ancient grey stone with worn carving that is shaped like the roof of a house. The stone is enclosed in a transparent box for protection.

A wee fat angel blowing his trumpet at Scone Old Graveyard, Scone, Perthshire
Curved pediment of a gravestone with a left facing carved image of a cherub like angel with wings behind him. He is holding a large horn to his lips which he is pointing downwards.

To use a colloquialism: he's got some brass neck (It's not a compliment).

There was a post yesterday about something similar happening in a first class railway carriage somewhere in England. As this young lady says the audacity of white men is ingrained.

Not to make light of the editorial failure, but look how far Twitter lies now permeate in to normal discourse. We think we know about the racism but the utter contempt for truth since Musk bought the platform is deliberate & very dangerous. You can’t foment racism with fact checkers in the building.

Have I Got News For You just referred to this completely false claim as a fact!!
