Car drivers are reminded that they can watch the Baseball Game live on their dash in Doubly Surround Sound while lane assist keeps their SUV from hitting the curb as they creep along beside their child trick or treating.

Very frustrating to still see public campaigns like this from Delta PD telling kids to wear bright reflectors on their costumes and people to leave their bikes at home.

The risk to pedestrians on Halloween comes from drivers, not cyclists.

Trick or Treat @mayormarksutcliffe.bsky.social - here’s a bag of “treats” I have from a crash today at Bank and Riverside. Glass, sharp plastic, metal shards, car parts, on the sidewalk even. Had to decontaminate my hands! A pedestrian would have died standing here. Speed, flow, balance, #autowa

That was on the table but the city said (insert bugs bunny noooo). They want taxes from the many apartment buildings to go there so they can build new infrastructure 25 Km away

It’s all being redone right now. We fought to get rid of speed lanes for merging but lost on a few fronts. Looking at those cars I’m not even sure how that happened. I’m going to go out after supper and look for the debris they forgot to pickup.

When they removed the Northern Flex Posts on Cameron they left the base at the intersection in a dangerous spot. I went to look on Google Maps since I didn’t have my phone with me and of course, it’s broken every year by #autowa… Reported the dangerous stub of a FlexPost to 311.
#autowa destroys another Flex Post.

This driver came racing up being us at an illegal and unsafe speed, followed way too close & made me super nervous.

I checked my mirror and they were staring at their phone like this the entire time (including while driving close behind us).
