i'm gonna be honest. while i generally don't care about follower counts- i don't keep track of the number, nor does it help my self-worth- i do want thousands of followers for 3 reasons

1. i want people to hear #WIREHOUND

2. raising awareness of CRPS

3. i need friends to distract me from CRPS

I have a photographic memory with music or whatever the proper terminology is for that. I also watched this show as a kid. And I have no memory of ever seeing this or hearing this song before. That is incredibly rare so thank you for sharing this. It makes me so happy.

Why would he take personal risk when millions of people treat him like a hero just for saying words emphatically. If we are prepared to give in to everything they are doing while the “good guys” with the real levers of power do nothing but talk, and we consider that enough? We get what we deserve

I’d have guts too if I could be considered gutsy by just talking and getting credit from gullible and desperate people for “doing something”. Sounds a lot like literally every politician. Strong, empty words said in an emphatic way so people give them credit for action they will never take.

the fascism is for sure happening now. all the far flung harms you anxiously laughed off before are on the table. take time to think earnestly and calmly what you need to do to stay safe and survive. the time for brushing it off as alarmism or prematurity is over.

yes. i am no longer crying. the pain is still horrific, but i got some rest and now it's just horrific and not, like... world-ending. i don't know a severe enough adjective to describe it

The worst song on my debut album is still better than the best song on the new Taylor Swift album. I don’t think I could even come CLOSE to honestly saying that about any other one of her albums. Not that more than 20 people would know that. I’ve NEVER written lyrics as bad as some of this either.
