*I said something to correct the subtext in something I saw at my work.
...of months of destruction. But damn.

And I'm not sorry for crying tears of my own pain. In no win situations you just have to choose which way you're going to lose.
I only got one response, with valid extra information but an unnecessary "Stop making this more than it is."

This is the "Be reasonable" gaslighting (intentional or not) that is so terrible. Because it really is unreasonable in reasonable times.

My tears right now are probably a release...
Not a request for praise or comforting, but also I'm glad we're no longer in an Era that me "Centering myself" makes me more of an asshole than if I did nothing.

I saw something with imperfect wording, but as Venezuelan refugees are being sent to labor camps I felt like I had to. I was very kind.
I'm happy about good outcomes, no matter where from. But this episode of #NYT #TheDaily was strange. Less drug production in #Mexico but the fact that #Claudia #Sheinbaum started as president around the same time was sort of glossed over. All credit given to Trump?

How Tariffs Are Shaking Up the War on Fentanyl
Mexico said it was doing all it could to crack down on production of the drug. President Trump’s tariff tactics have tested that claim.

Hey can one of Elon’s boy geniuses who’re “fixing” air traffic control tell me if having to reroute/divert hundreds of aircraft during rush hour to avoid SpaceX debris is good? I’m dumb, please help me get it.
It won't make you feel better, but there are *much* bigger threats to our safety right now 😆😭

Please keep the pressure on, though, to protect the ATC and FAA
Thank You! I was doing a work training. How'd it go?
Today I listened to an episode of the Daily where Trump was given credit for reduced drug production in Sinaloa, MX. But Sheinbaum just became president, and you'd think she'd get the credit.

I'm all for giving credit when it's due. But that's an interesting coincidence. I'm paying attention.
Interrrresting. Does this chart have a name?
*this is different than the requisite disclaimer "I don't support violence, but..."

Going out of our way to condemn him before condemning the circumstances that got us here says a lot (Not intentionally.)
I figured out why my age group responded to #LuigiMangione with "Violence is not the right way*" & Gen Z hail him as a folk hero.

Meme culture is a big part, but they are also more in touch with what "Ways" are actually left, & are feeling the outcomes of our current "Ways" of problem solving.
I've gained some weight over the winter and want to address it before it gets out of hand.

My strategy is to monitor my portion sizes. I eat what's on my plate, so I want to dish up only what satiates me.

I'm not even joking, the tarrifs will motivate me. 😬
History won’t remember us as heroes if we don’t take this fight to the streets. If we stand by while they destroy everything, we’ll be known as the ones who let it happen.
I'm a Flight Attendant. The drive to the airport is *still* more dangerous.
I'm a far left Flight Attendant. YOU'RE GOOD. Statistics are on our side despite Trump & Musk's best efforts.

Of all the ways Trump and Musk will shorten our lives, this isn't the one that's going to get you.

Really tired of making lemonade, surely life has other ingredients
You know sometimes you see kids imitating "Grown ups?" Not her. She was so natural and poised. Wow!
