You gotta just block these accounts without interacting. They're doing this the night before No Kings so they can selectively grab quote posts and replies about how nasty people are being. It's extremely transparent. Just block and move on.
Yes, it does look like the government accounts joining Bluesky are real, including Homeland Security and the White House. They're tweeting about it on X.
Again Awdry's dedication to lore for his island being a two and a half page bit on "the Celtic Christians had their unique interpretation of God and got pissed at a Cromwell-era puritan so they trolled the shit out of him" for "the place where engine crashed into a barber once" is A+ lore obsession
Okay I know that he's saying digbot but as someone with little exposure to AoStH it REALLY sounds like scratch is saying dickbutt/bot-the perfect cherry on top to the PSA
Good lord the autism and OC lore instincts was STRONG

Remember folks. The original bluesky ethos by us bluesky elders (apparently I count?) is block and move on.

Don't quote dunk, don't pick fights.
Block, and move on.

This is what made this site unpalatable to the right early on, and we can continue to make it unpalatable to them.

Wikipedia is worth $10/month because if it dies so does reliable knowledge. Cough up if you can -- it's cheaper, more interesting and morally superior to Netflix.
wikipedia's data shows that AI is siphoning traffic away from the site, which is a danger to its sustainability. ironically Wikipedia is more important than ever to users who want reliable information instead of slop, and to AI companies that need it for training data www.404media.co/wikipedia-sa...

Is this just a British thing? Are us American kids just too stupid to think of asking the authors questions?
It's weird to sometimes see slight elements of modern fandom stuff in strange places because what do you mean British children picking up a kid's book directly wrote to the author about the visual discrepancies to the point that he needed to come up with standardized answers.

BY THE WAY

If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.
And of course, it could equally be that toby fox ends up writing in such a way that there really aren't roughly equal length arcs across the story.
All that said, it just feels like right now the turn from chapter 3-4 is an overall turning point so it's interesting they're grouped together.
Obviously the chapters themselves are mini arcs + we don't know for sure the length or EXACT amount of later chapters-it could equally be that 1-4 are a first half with 4 being the culmination of weird route settup, an early titan fight for stakes, a "real" prophecy, and giving a light world villain
-fountains are settup, and overall the atmosphere is heavier. That's not to say that chapter 5 will be a repeat of chapter 4, but it does give a sense that we can't fully go back to the earlier chapter environment anymore.
Chapter 4 has the party attempting to be way more proactive and keeps the knight as an overarching villain while introducing a light world villain who can't be taken care of in a chapter fight, the escapism theme has partly receded, the battle theme is different, the stakes of the prophecy and-
-having a darkner ruler and chapter boss, and being a mostly lighthearted adventure to seal a fountain that the fun gang happens across. Story wise, I also feel like chapters 1-3 are where the general rules of the dark world get progressively revealed and the fun gang is mostly reacting to danger.
Deltarune ramble time:
For lack of a better word, I find it a little ironic that chapters 3 and 4 released together when it feels like they're part of seperate "arcs" of the game.
While chapter 3 does break a few chapter 1-2 trends, it still feels a lot like them in the sense of exploring escapism,-

Here is a Reddit threat that explains how to disable Copilot in Windows, which I've just followed:

Like, odds are Payne probably still would have visualized/drawn a tank engine he would have seen for years, but like, if it had happened, the RWS-pre 1948 timeline would have had to be rewritten so much.
Also, I low-key wonder if awdry would have been more upset that Payne used an "American" engine
