Hello!!! I am a writer and artist making comics who loves monsters and FromSoft games, best known for my GARLIC duology, which was followed by a standalone fantasy THE FIRELIGHT APPRENTICE

idk, I follow a lot of artists, yet rarely get AI suggestions on the main feed because I think it takes into consideration if people you follow are followed by them, So AI is more prevalent in the discover tab.

it's definitely the worst on Instagram but still, the algorithm will give you art if you interact with similar artists on the main feed.

For how online I am, I rarely see AI images which is why "it's inevitable" comments crack me up because I'll maybe see an ad or two on Tiktok for GenAI but that's it.

Stop giving in to just letting this shit be in your face and follow some humans.

when I see a work of animation or just cool dark fantasy art online these days, there are always like comments like "omg finally something that isn't AI" or "bless some art in a slop desert", I just wanna know

This is extremely accurate, and it's why I wish editors got a credit on books. Sometimes you learn who edited a bunch of your favorite books and you're like ah. I see. It's a job that requires a keen literary eye AND people skills, which is a tough mix!
