I have a life story that is pretty unreal. If I laid everything out like I have in therapy it would cause trauma to those who hear the stories. It's because of that, 👀

The recipe she has always used is very very basic. I thought some of the vanilla bean paste I picked up from Costco would complement it and I was SO right! 🤯🥹 About a tablespoon in the recipe that made 6 loaves. 💖

I also made another batch that is vanilla bean that I also added vanilla protein powder to. It turned out great actually

Ask your doctor if you can change from Ibuprofen to something better for your stomach (and liver)?

I had scarring on my liver from long term ibuprofen use unfortunately. I've been changed to Meloxicam which I take once a day vs several times. It's non-opioid.

Friends dementia is hard. This is my grams favorite bread recipe straight out of the 1976 St. Anne's cookbook! She made it every year. I'm trying to take her something to remind her of herself. If this doesn't do the trick, I might be out of ideas. 👀🫠
