I have been trying to get on disability since. A year later I started to caretake for my disabled child by myself as well. I had help previously but it wasn't working out and l've had to do a lot of it on my own, now I'm stuck in a situation where working isn't possible for my health and while I'm already caretaking for my disabled child that needs constant care. I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing

Your small, tired dad is small, tired, and down to exactly 200lbs.

I've fought to escape 220 since I was 19, up from 175 when I left high school at my most active/muscular with very little fat. Meaning, ideally, I'd be around or under that with HEALTHY muscle mass for my size.

180 is now the goal.
