I am....very, very, very tired everybody. I'm so tired and everything is so much, especially for someone who...specifically has issues with exhaustion and being personally overwhelmed.

Even when I'm cracking a smile or a joke, I'm tired. It's okay to be. ☮

Your small, tired dad is small, tired, and down to exactly 200lbs.

I've fought to escape 220 since I was 19, up from 175 when I left high school at my most active/muscular with very little fat. Meaning, ideally, I'd be around or under that with HEALTHY muscle mass for my size.

180 is now the goal.

"___ isn't real" is not a defense or objective line of reasoning. It's a blanket excuse to ignore and dismiss nuance and legitimate discussion, information, or concerns because YOU enjoy something, not because your enjoyment of that thing is the sole validation it requires to BE valid.

I realize that I only know because of the storm of appointments and test I'm currently forcing my way through (and still will be for...I don't know how long...), but I hit the weight goal I set about a year-and-a-half ago.

Barring health complications (there ARE some)...I can do more. And better.

I have to donate....SO much of my food somewhere and somehow. Almost my entire supply of food needs to be rotated out for new alternatives related to health. I know and have what I plan to replace stuff with, but now all this stuff I cannot/will not eat and drink is still here.

Nobody tell my players yet, but I made an entire parody of Team Rocket for their D&D campaign because I needed silly/fun but challenging recurring villains who allowed them to engage with the game's non-lethal combat rules and roleplay a bit more. They want things like this and I'm happy to provide.
