Well, the Pirates haven't won one in my lifetime, and if the Mariners make it to the World Series this year, the Pirates will have the longest World Series appearance drought at 46 years.

I still hold they would've won it all in 2015 if Arrieta hadn't been pitching out of his mind during that span.

He ran an excellent campaign in 2022, IMO. Going to every county & talking to voters in person gave him an authenticity most politicians lack, & the master class-level trolling of Dr. Oz from the jump was brilliant. Everything he's done since we elected him has been the opposite of all that, though.

I was in college when Legacy came out and my roommate was obsessed with it, but she was literally the only person I knew who even saw it. So I can believe it was dunked on by fans of the original (like Star Wars always is) and beloved by people whose first experience with Tron was Legacy.

Nothing makes it so clear that tech companies are desperate for AI to become necessary as forcing it into every product (even when it makes no sense) for free. If it was actually something worthwhile, it would have been monetized immediately.

Admittedly, I do not follow hockey very much. But I did know that the Pens fired Mike Sullivan over the summer. So imagine my surprise and confusion when I flip on the game and still see Sullivan's face on TV.
