Reminder Superman is not a power fantasy, he's an altruism fantasy.

The idea of someone with godlike powers using them solely for good (with an antagonist who is a billionaire, who by definition do the opposite) was dreamt up by Jewish kids in the 30s and its just as if not more relevant now.

I don’t know, man. I think they should’ve stuck to their guns. I think if kids’ media has LGBT content in it, or any rep of people who are different in general, it informs the kids watching and they can learn to be more understanding and respectful in a way their families might not be able to teach.
