apparently, I witnessed the same upheaval on Tw*tter when Framework decided to support NixOS. it's just as stupid as some Ukrainians (my nationality) seeking alternatives to nginx ASAP because it was created by a Russian

this seems like a rather organized (D)DoS. unclear if it's intentional or not, but we're under *heavy* traffic regardless. we're working on it!

expect the site to be really slow + repo's hosted on our knot to be intermittently unavailable. sorry!

we had a pretty big outage last night thanks to botspam 😞 the hosted knot was unable to respond to about 90% of xrpc requests from the appview, resulting in failed repo/PR creations.

this *should* be resolved now!

there is no need in a dedicated one to extract value from them, although you'd better upgrade to DDR5 in that case
