There was a long stretch where I had Symphony of the Night atop my favorite Castlevania games list, but Super Castlevania IV has (re)taken that spot based on several factors including its shorter length, replay value, music, and timeless visuals.

I love me some SotN, but SCIV is where it’s at.

I support the LGBTQ community and equal rights, but I really hate when people force a non-canon same sex ship onto people just to fulfill some fetish or kink, and not because the characters actually are in love with each other. Especially when the characters are canonically straight.
