Should probably introduce myself. I'm an Northen Irish artist based in Sheffield. My art is usually focused on language; the act of translation from one form to another. I do this with visually interesting cyphers. I paint in oils. Listen to a range of sounds. Generally like people. Say hello.

Once again lack of resources and staff means my daughters MH and my Sons (who doesn't meet the camhs threshold for help) means very little is actually happening for my kids and I assume many many others.

Yet the government can piss away billions on war and their mates. Fuckin dicks.

I pass on what I can from my DBT therapy. But she doesn't see me as 'therapist' just Dad. And im not trained to do teach these techs.

Ive asked for info o. Issues arising with O and how I can help. Ive not received any real information in a year.

It seems that they get O to talk , she gets upset and then they send her back with me. She is 15! No one has thought to teach emotional regulation techniques, to her. 4/

O is now with camhs. As part of it she has talking therapy and I relieve that fortnightly as well as part of it.

The main issue is due to much mismanagement and NHS services Social workers, Mental health and so on. Not enough support was given to my children.

My wife passed away in May 22. From a brain tumor discovered 18 years previous. (We separated due to relationship breakdown, depression etc in 2019)
