in 2011, the president of antifa hired me to give fashion consultancy to the organization. i recommended everyone wear navy suits with tan shoes, dress sneakers, and golf polos with slim chinos. if you arrested everyone today wearing these things, you'd destroy antifa

All those amazing colours and they choose to focus on the red rump?!

We need that woman on Instagram who teaches imaginary kindergarten kids to give them a lesson today about how “sometimes we don’t with the prize but that’s ok, because we should always keep trying to do our best…”

You’d better trademark that name pronto!

This is not just the appearance of conflict of interest, it is corruption of democracy pure and simple.

Gee, if only those First Nations people had thought of having a Voice to Parliament via a “Sports Club”.

The Aust Parliament Sports Club (the one that ditched David Pocock) is now formally registered as a lobby group👇🏽

Anthony Albanese is the President of the Aust Parliament Sports Club.

That means the Prime Minister of Australia is currently the president of a lobby group.

Just utterly unbelievable.

Sorry pal, no room for your “ethics” in this club. Cramps our style.

Imagine kicking the former national rugby captain out of your sports club instead of the gambling lobby.

To paraphrase Groucho Marx, who'd want to belong to a club that would accept Responsible Wagering Australia as one of its sponsors?

But Trump gets what he wants, and the world is not just.

I think I worked out early that what they could imagine for me was not as interesting to me as that which I imagined.

The wanderer.
My @smh @theage cartoon.
Single frame. Scene: a school building (marked “ÉCOLE PRIMAIRE”) facade flanked by sandstone walls, behind which bare winter trees, grey skies. Front right, wandering figure of Emmanuel Macron in overcoat (as seen in media).
Top left, speech bubbles from an upper window of building: “Un jour je serai premier ministre!” “Et moi!” “Moi aussi!”
Translation: “One day, I’ll be prime minister!” “And me!” “Me too!”

I know I can still hear my year 3 teacher telling us that was a mortal sin.

Your comment suggested that you did not.

That’s my problem with Alt text. I would rather not spell some things out, and leave them to interpretation, but people have asked for Alt text.
Perhaps the point is a rare dense material given weight/value versus an abundant material that doesn’t count for much.
