I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

Hateful people use religion as a weapon by recruiting other hateful people with an emptiness in their lives, religious extremism operates exactly the same as how cults operate.

I don't hate Christianity now that I've learned using holy text to enact evil is not the fault of the text, and there are believers fighting back

Republican evil doesn't make Chrtistian faith evil,
Israel doesn't make Judaism evil,
Boko Haram doesn't make Islam evil, etc.

Seeing priests protest against ICE and ICE beat and fire on them has changed my perspective on faith.

I thought I hated religion because the people like ICE claim to be doing everything in the name of God, but seeing them harm leaders and scholars of faith shows they don't believe it at all.

I keep beating myself up thinking "If I had gone to another vet, if I had paid more to go to a city pet hospital instead, maybe I could have saved her."
If it was age or disease I'd still be sad, but I would accept thay its a part of life, this was a life taken.

I think that if my cat had passed of natural causes I wouldn't feel as hurt, but she was killed by a vet's incompetence. She was a healthy hyperactive kitty before she was taken in for her spay (a requirement of having a pet here) and 3 days after she was gone.

As if things couldn't get any worse, my mom just broke her teeth tonight. She's been grieving even harder than me over the loss of our cat and stressing about the car and this is yet another pain to deal with.
