Side bonus. If you decide you don't like Vtubing, then you'll still have a bomb computer to play games, do video editing, art and LOTS of other skilled things.

Vs. a model you MIGHT be able to resell to recoup some of your losses.

The biggest expense getting into Vtubing is not the model, or assets or peripherals.

It's the actual computer.

If you're hard-set determined to dump a bunch of money into Vtubing - I'd start there. You'll go nowhere if you can't run a game, OBS and Vtubing software all at once.
