Every time I've ever stepped into a new management position, ESPECIALLY with new people I haven't worked with, my first question to them is always "what bugs you about the way things are working right now?" and I work on and deploy a fix for it. But then again, I like my staff.

I am also telling you that maybe you need to worry less about the "backfire" with a court that genuinely does not care about being hypocritical with their rulings and that maybe you should focus more on standing up for something you believe in.

And I am telling you that this is not parallel to free speech. Medical therapies are regulated and evidence based. There is a reason we don't recognize most of homeopathy/alternative medicine as valid medical therapies, because if they were, it would just be called medicine.
