Why the unarmed drive slowly in FL: 1) no car inspection laws. 2) Despite sheriffs everywhere, no one is pulled over. 3) Open Carry. Gun-slinging car owners may thus bang in and out of traffic at 100 mph, sans blinkers, dragging mufflers and car doors behind them. We the unarmed shall never protest.

Yes. He is cynically declaring war on the people of US states who
are standing up for civil rights
taken from them by him, their own president. The other presidents were declaring war on corrupt governors who were the ones, at the time, denying their own people their civil rights.
