I've been trying to get my reading back on track. I used to read 40-50 books a year back in the day but work, study & balancing hobbies has taken a toll. I focused on the first Thursday Murder Club book & read 100 pages at the weekend. Maybe that's not amazing, but it's a start!

One Punch Man, Spy X Family, Ranma, and MHA all being back at the same time are gonna kill me. I also intend to do a Frieren rewatch before season 2 in Jan. Have a couple of DDD eps and Sakamoto eps to catch up on as well.

I've never really gotten 'cosy' anime until I watched Frieren I think. It's one of the most soothing and calming stories. I loved observing the beautifully animated landscapes and nature Frieren's journey takes her through. I can't wait to rewatch it and check out the manga.

it's funny you say that because that's exactly how i feel about the live action show. they will just never be able to finish the entire story but i would love it if they got to Enies Lobby at least - and then maybe just do a "the journey continues" type ending with some teases.

I hope that for the 30th anniversary of Pokémon next year, they really go all out with announcements in the Pokémon Presents. Announce a series, announce Detective Pikachu 2, announce a big budget anime movie. Announce the ports that we all know are happening.

I don't like to brag, but I can often be self-deprecating. One thing that makes me feel good about myself when I feel down is I've completed 4 out of 6 years of my degree & in every single one I've gotten a distinction. Even with a full-time job & even when I didn't think I would

I totally get this. So many people hate on dubs because they can't develop their own opinions. Dubs aren't like they were 20 years ago. All aspects of them have improved and have higher production values.

I love Psycho 2. The script and direction elevate it from being a simple cashgrab. The entire world wants Norman to be the psycho character, and he's trying his best to be rehabilitated. I hate the ending though and think it spoils it a little.
