Moving my thread over from The Other Place ... coming to the end of the Capaldi era in my Pilgrimage.

Monk trilogy was better than I remembered. Really like all three episodes.

Looking back fondly on this quote Mandelson gave me last September
"I do not, and have never, lobbied government on behalf of any commercial interest," he added.

Do wonder if this Arsenal side will go down as the worst team to win the Premier League. Seen quite a few of their games this season and Christ.

That Jurassic Park advert was an abomination. But I really need to see Neill, Dern and Goldblum doing a gently eccentric travel documentary series together.

I have never seen anything in politics to match Mandelson’s betrayal. He betrayed his colleagues, his party and his country just so he could suck up to Epstein and the bankers who had crashed the world economy.
It’s staggering

Might pour out a whisky. You know Gordon will be.

I am puzzled that some of the commentary sees an element of tragedy in Peter Mandelson’s fall. He has been shown to be a narcissist, cheat and liar who was happy to betray colleagues and country in the cause of self-enrichment. We can only be glad he has been found out.

I see Farage is giving his opinion on Mandelson sharing information with foreign agents.

Still waiting for an explanation for his visit to see Assange at the embassy years ago, btw.
