The issue in this case is whether "Not Like Us" can reasonably be understood to convey as a factual matter that Drake is a pedophile or that he has engaged in sexual relations with minors. In light of the overall context in which the statements in the Recording were made, the Court holds that it cannot.

A list of how Halifax Regional councillors voted on the issue of a bylaw to prevent infilling water lots in Dartmouth Cove. Mayor Andy Fillmore, John Young, and David Hendsbee are the only votes against, useless cowards that they are.

One of Harper’s policy advisors praising Carney’s bait and switch move on US relations tells you all you need to know: there isn’t a meaningful difference between the Libs and Cons on these issues.

Contrary to stated policy, the old relationship with the US is still very much alive: Carney continues a full court press on deeper economic integration with the US on steel, aluminium and energy sectors while dropping hints that Canada will be participating in US missile defence. (All good things)
