The problem with Ford is that he's not dumb but he plays a dumb bitch on TV. He know precisely what's he's doing when he sends letters like this or pours out a bottle of Crown Royal for everyone to see. He loves to score cheap points with his base and neither the OLP or the ONDP know how to counter
