It was a "honey pot" (look that up!). The movers and shakers of the world were invited to this gorgeous tropical island, plied with underage girls, and then blackmailed. Robert Maxwell devised the plan; Ghislane enabled it (I believe that Jeffrey just enjoyed the young woot).

It's an interesting video. From search I see that Rockbridge IS a real right-wing advocacy group, and was (as stated in the video) founded by JD Vance.

I'm not quite convinced that Rockbridge is the 'above all others' puppet-master of right-wing thought, though. 'One of many' seems more likely.

Tbh I'm 'curiously' waiting for the moment the US military defines Trump c.s. as 'the enemy within' and starts acting accordingly – instead of deploying against the US population (in blue states) #WTAF

¹) for officers, the oath does NOT include loyalty to the president. By design. The Founding Fathers had astonishing foresight.

They could at least disregard illegal orders, like sending troops to US cities.
Another (growing) problem: Trump is replacing high-ranking military personnel with people who will do whatever he's demanding, illegal (unconstitutional) or not.

The military or parts of it rebel to join an already well established citizen uprising ( for good or bad) and then, only when the military is also suffering badly due to current government. So, America needs to get that fantasy out of their heads.

Oh Kara, I grew up with both parents career RCAF. I just don’t see any of that happening. I wish k were more optimistic but i just don’t feel it. When push comes to shove, they’ll protect TFG.

That’s what I am saying Ann. History shows it rarely happens that a military rebels and when it does, it’s already a pretty lawless situation on the ground wherever it happens. USians need to understand no one is coming to save them. They have to do it.

A military coup d'etat is an illegal action. Who would be in charge of this military group overtaking the current government? If the coup is successful who will be installed as the new leaders? Any guarantee of a civilian election and that one dictator won't be replaced by another?
