The hardest part about the past decade for me has been realizing just how many people will simply never care. Your neighbors could get hauled away and you’d just shrug and carry on. We’re on a razor thin edge right now, soldiers are patrolling our streets, every speech is a declaration of war against our own citizens, and as long as nothing changes for you in the immediate, you don’t care. Our culture taught you selfishness, algorithms taught you hate and apathy, and history taught you nothing.

The Trump admin has announced sweeping measures to expand coal production on public lands. It intends to open 13.1 million acres of public land for coal leasing, significantly loosen the royalty rates that mining companies pay, and allocate large sums toward existing coal-fired power plants.

I hope you're right, Jack. There are just soooo many mega Maga folks out there who will be impossible to sway. Having said that, WE are the majority and can't simply wish this away. We need to take meaningful, unrelenting actions against it.
