Is there such a thing as a "Constitutional Sheriff"? No.
Sheriff's are however elected. But the Constitution does not create this power, the word isn't found. State Law create this power. And Sheriff's can enforce any county ordinance/resolution, state or federal law inside their county.

It also makes a difference because if an investigator found the camera and got the sensor pattern noise from it (a unique "fingerprint" in digital cameras) then a forensic team can identify any other photographs that camera produced. If ownership is proven, that's a big step towards a court case.

It could be Romney's Mormon magic underwear that keeps him looking young. Or, it could be that Trump has abused cocaine most of this life.

IMO, continuity of gov is more important than continuity of a single POTUS (who failed). Replacing Congress is much harder to do than replacing a president in an emergency. A bullet train between the Capitol and Mount Weather could do the trip in 15 minutes, end to end. That's what we need to build.

Personally, I think it's a waste of time. The better plan is just to get the POTUS the hell out of town if there's inbound ICBMs. If anything hits the Federal Government in DC... that's going to be a crater. Better project would be high speed rail from Capitol Building going to Mount Weather.

The East Wing and the bunker were built in response to Pearl Harbor, I believe. And while we were close to building "the bomb", the bunker wasn't actually designed on paper to be a nuclear shelter. That hardening is what needed updating. Its my understanding that could have been done without demo.

I think some are under the impression that Trump is "adding" a bunker. That's not the case. The bunker has been there since the East Wing was constructed (it was the "cover" for the bunker, quite literally). And the bunker needed updated, I'm sure. But it wasn't necessary to destroy the East Wing.

I think it's a hard argument to sell a judge that halting construction would "imperil the President", when the President is hardly ever at The White House. He spends more time at Mar-a-Lago and due to its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, I'm extremely sure there's no bunker under it.

SCI is "need to know" and for me to do one of my previous jobs effectively, I needed to know a lot of things. I've been briefed on a lot of NatSec details, even helped write some. And I can't say what any of it was. But I can say nothing I ever read required a ballroom to secure the nation.

The only difference between the Green New Deal and the Greed New Deal is that with the former, there's fair competition and public benefit.

Other than that, same tech.
I don't think it should be legal to have a "road" that is limited to a specific brand of vehicle.

The rules are different with rail, but even Amtrak has a legal right to use freight tracks and that would apply to other passenger trains, if we had them.

Florida's GOP have always viewed it as "The California you can afford." That's kind of their whole gimmick. But it's no longer the case. People are buying homes and have to pay cash because they can't find an insurer (required for mortgage). Florida has really gotten stupid. Dems have opportunity.

Song lyrics from the person that Christians are holding up:

“Young ladies, young ladies, I like ’em underage, see some say that’s statutory (but I say that’s mandatory).”

~ Kid Rock, from the song "Cool, Daddy Cool".

Young ladies, young ladies / I like 'em underage, see / Some say that's statutory / But I say it's mandatory
In this lyric, Kid Rock sings about his love for underage GIRLS and statutory rape. It’s also a double entendre because this song was featured in a kids movie, and Kid Rock doing a song for it shows ...
