Releasing the Epstein Files in itself isn't accountability. It's just so that we know who needs to be held accountable. And we are FAR from being done with either.

The general "rule of thumb" (and most laws) is that anything can be in frame (that isn't yours) where there isn't a reasonable expectation of privacy. That would include areas like front yard/drives that aren't behind a privacy fence. A distant home is usually okay, the house next door isn't.

I installed a PoE system at my sister's house. One the cameras cuts across the neighbor's front yard and down street. Neighbor's drive is in frame, but house isn't. Neighbors complained, but camera stayed. A year later, neighbor's daughter assaulted by bf in drive. Neighbor was then glad for camera.
