🇵🇱⚖️Yesterday, the Constitutional Tribunal did what everybody expected them to do, meaning: found that the law that requires the judgments of the Tribunal to be published by the government in order to come into force is unconstitutional (in the way it lets the govt control the publication). 1/

Poland’s constitutional court has ruled that its own rulings should be regarded as being in force even though the government refuses to publish them – a policy the court says is “legally unfounded”

The judgment is certain to be ignored by the government due to the TK containing illegitimate judges.
