Today's #monsterart prompt is "Wind + Goo", a Helio Slime.

It can control its buoyancy by adding air to its upper half, or shift its slime mass to its 'anchor tail' to weigh itself down and descend. The tail can also be used to attack!

The wings are mostly just for steering.
