If I were going by vibes alone, ZA would be the more obvious choice, though I'm equally drawn to Arceus' origin story + historical worldbuilding. Perhaps it's a question we'll have to revisit once the hype dies down and everyone's back on Earth 🤣

Thinking of diving into Pokémon Legends: Z-A, but word on the street is Arceus might be the better catch. I can only fit one into my already chaotic gaming schedule… need a pro trainer to help me spot the real shiny 😅

My totally reasonable demands for the next Tales of game:

- A return to the overworld and airship exploration
- Battle victory screens
- Status effects that have meaningful impact
- Hand-drawn skits with expressive character art
- Go Shiina as the lead composer

JRPGs with intricate job systems like Tactics are my favourite, but one aspect I find frustrating is the lack of shared progression. Not a fan of having to grind through that job tree multiple times, especially when enemies scale! You could be in for some nasty surprises 🤭
