Making a point of answering an InternetNZ survey in a way that lets them know that I appreciated reo Māori being used, and local iwi representation at the event. Because in this day and age, it's important to say.

Would not be surprised. Or that they're segmenting their populations in non-country-specific ways. Still... unlocked again for now, but with less inclination to use it and time to make sure people have other means of getting in touch with me in future.
Or fictional 1979, which seems to be the kind of vibe he's going for.

In the year to March 539 #children - some younger than 12 months - were harmed in state care (the highest number in 5 yrs). Meanwhile the coalition govt introduces legislation to further shield itself from responsibility.

Would have been good if there had been any warning, and an opportunity to let people know I wouldn't be able to access it anymore. But I guess that's the kind of bullshit outfit they're running these days.
Locked out of Facebook because I couldn't (and wouldn't) supply them with a "video selfie".

I don't use it much as a social network anymore, because the jank has just kept getting jankier, but that's one way to stop things entirely I guess.

For a moment there I misread that as "highly polished statutory goon cave" and I am still unsure which is worse.
