For 20 år siden ble verdens land enige om å beskytte sivile mot de verste forbrytelsene. Det kan virke meningsløst å snakke om forebygging og beskyttelse av sivile når Gaza allerede er ødelagt. Men situasjonen på Gaza og Vestbredden kan fortsatt bli verre. Min kronikk i Morgenbladet.
