When you are an 80 year old patient with significant heart issues (which is true for probably a majority of 80 year old obese men), any good physician wouldn't let him leave the office without a booster... If, heaven forbid, he got severe COVID, each of those physicians would be in big trouble...

We can strongly infer that the advanced imaging was cardiology-related, & that it was directly related to the cardiology visit he had 6mo ago. In all likelihood, they're determining how well he's responding to a new cardiology medication regimen. 6 months would be a standard follow-up time for this.

It is extremely telling in this letter what they are willing to share the results of & what they are *unwilling* to share the results of, or even what type of test was performed.

They boast of all the things that were negative...but what about the "advanced imaging"? Dead silent on that...
