Trump misspoke, if as if we could tell. More like a lie. The President is not the Chief Law Enforcement Officer. The President is the head of state, head, of government, and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, and enforces and carries out U.S. laws. The Attorney General is the law enforcer.
