According to DHS, open carry is legal in Minnesota. But attending a protest, helping a woman shoved down by ICE, and then violently attacked by ICE, while open carrying, is to be shot several times as the first thought to contain him? That is beyond a doubt indictable by any grand jury.

Well. I saw the video. I heard "Gun". 2-3 seconds later, ICE pulls his hand gun and fires one shot, then 3 rapid shots, and then a final shot. Less than 10 seconds elapse. Did not determine if the first shot was sufficient. Murder by execution, imo.
