I kind of wonder if the more Trump's approval rating falls, the more he starts scapegoating all of the grifting numpties he ridiculously put in positions of responsibility. Of course, Patel is the lowest hanging fruit in that regard.

What ever happened to Dana Loesch anyway? Is she living a quiet life on her beet based fortune or is she on one of the five hundred conservative propaganda platforms that all blur together?

Still depressing that this isn’t THE story of his first year.
The numbers vary from study to study but hundreds of thousands of people have died because of Elon Musk and Marco Rubio illegally disbanding USAID — a body count on par with the first eight years of the Syrian civil war — In just seven months. It’s mass death that is simply unfathomable in scale.

So this administration, at a low point in public approval, is going to go all in on “Donald Trump gets to make up laws?”

You have to give Thiel credit, while every other conservative whiner is still digging up "communist" for their go to scare tactic, he's forging a bold new frontier in fear mongering.
NEW: Peter Thiel, JD Vance’s top donor and one of Silicon Valley’s most powerful men, recently called Pope Leo XIV a tool of the Antichrist — and directly told the vice president not to listen to him.
NEW: JD Vance’s Top Donor Suggests Pope Leo XIV is Antichrist
In a leaked lecture, Peter Thiel says he’s urged Vance to ignore the pope on moral questions — and simply pray for him.

Just because Trump brought RFK Jr. aboard to firm up the kook vote doesn't mean health writers have to keep looking for some kernel of truth in there somewhere.

Would taking on a mission to exfiltrate an imprisoned foreign leader be following illegal orders I wonder?

The funniest thing about that Bari Weiss “elevate Alan Dershowitz” thing is if you google him and choose “video,” the man has not exactly been a recluse.

What I don't get is if the house rank and file is so dissatisfied with Mike Johnson, why not oust him? Given everything else Trump has going on right now, I doubt he'd even do more than a few mean tweets in response.

So our discourse is impacted by off shore accounts incentivized by paltry X payouts that are locally a decent living? Do I have that right?

And whether it’s continuing to use his social media platform or passing along his wild fantasies and fabrications unchallenged, huge swaths of the press still grant him legitimacy.
Elon Musk donated $277 million to Trump so he could steal the federal government’s data, dismantle the nation’s infrastructure, and stop foreign aid from going to nonwhite people. It’s a quid pro quo breathtaking in scope, corruption, and damage, & completely unprecedented in American history.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

You can just tell Noem and Patel plan on dropping in to all of the glam events, give a quote about "security" and figure that explains the lavish expense. "I'm just glad Rhianna could go to the Met Ball securely."
