Ukraine was attacked by 82 Russian drones overnight, including Shaheds, Gerans, and others. Air defense forces managed to shoot down or suppress 69 of them across the north, east, and south. Strikes were recorded at 7 locations. The attack is still ongoing.

EU will allocate €10 million for the special tribunal on Russian aggression and another €6 million to support children abducted by Russia, says Kaja Kallas. The bloc is also working on an additional €100 million package for backup generators ahead of winter support for Ukraine.
