Each time you move a stone, you must move a different stone on the next turn. There are three lines of empty spaces between lines.

If you cross an enemy stone, you capture it - like in chess. If you hold ALL stones, you win. If you hold four enemy stones, you can start a new round for best 2 of 3.

The only board game I came up with in my setting was Admoki. Admoki is played with seven colored stones on each side of the table - one side cool colors, the other warm. The seven stones each have a special movement pattern - or, they can move forward one space.

I briefly considered using grammarly because I work 50+ hours a week and never have any time. I wanted to prevent word salads I kept coming back to on the second and third passes. The thing is, that IS the writing. That IS the improving.

Every word becomes intentional when I do it all myself.

The Noviyak wear a lot of colors, but especially olive greens and pastel pinks. Green is the color of life and growth, and pink is the color of protection and love.

Also, Magic is everything to them. Almost every Noviyak is taught at least one discipline of magic.
