as this goes on while i grow older, i am very much feeling like a creature of another time. obviously things have always been more or less this way my entire life but as the last vestiges of truth, shared obligations, a loose moral framework get sheared away, i feel increasingly out of place

the fact that most guys are throwing out gym/bathroom/vehicle selfies and don't have a single decently-lit, non-blurry, recent photo of themselves besides fish or hunting pics is such a non-starter. Don't get me started on the hats and glasses.
