The splint is built in and removable. It was a pain but did the job.

Hahaha you could tbh. Def look for ones that cover the entire wrist and most of the forearm, and has a splint if possible. A pain in the ass to sleep with but it stops your wrist from flailing around at night. I had an additional elbow brace too bc of my condition crylmao

While my issue was pain mostly in the wrist to elbow area, I imagine this would also work with your wrist as well. They use virtually the same bight brace. Idk how I hurt mine to this day 💀💀💀

My doctor advised me to use a night brace to prevent sleeping on and moving the left arm at night. Melatonin and OTC pain killers like Ibuprofen were also recommended since I have trouble sleeping on my back. Got used to it and didn't need either for most of the treatment. But first week was ROUGH 😩

Do you a night brace by any chance? I had a similar issue over the summer. I ended up wearing a brace as instructed by my doctor for a little over a month every night and the pain gradually went away. It was annoying sleeping on my back constantly but it did make it go away :0

I have Opinions on how some topics were handled but that's a whole other essay. I love Edelgard and Claude though. Dimitri too though BL took me 6 months bc I was so burned out by the time I got there haha.

I spent months complaining about the boating in Ys10 but at least there weren't multiple routes. The game was linear and done. Can't say the same about good old 3H where there were 4 routes and you had to do all the school segments. It grinds the pacing to a halt.

Story was fantastic and I do love the characters. But I could not understand the appeal of the game's structure. I would rather boat in Ys10 than look at the Officer's Academy again. Plus how certain topics were handled demotivated me in looking forward to 3 Hopes and the upcoming game.
